Our guides from various cities, who love alcohol and delicious food, told us about their favorite bars. This time, we're looking at Osaka! The days of Osaka, where people would drink kushikatsu to their heart's content, are long gone. A new take on Russian and Georgian cuisine

A Russian-Georgian restaurant located in a chilled-out residential area of the downtown area.
The food is incredibly cute. The beetroot and herring potato salad is a vibrant pink.
-An exciting selection of natural wines from Georgia, the birthplace of wine.
・Of course, vodka is also available. Prices start from 500 yen.

A record bar where alcohol and music are the focus, and you can really understand the owner's tastes

・First, enjoy draft beer poured from a "Swing Kalan," a reproduction beer server from the early Showa period.
-You can choose from six pouring methods, but the foam-only "Mirko" is incredibly smooth.
- The side dishes are from a variety of countries, from game to Indian.
- Delis from nearby stores are also on the menu.
・The records are selected by the store owner, Naohiro Akitani.

・A sister store of yacipoci, this one is located in the basement of the same building and has a cave-like feel.
・"Poru" means cave in Ainu language.
・The main alcoholic beverage is a wide selection of shochu. The motto is to serve strong soda drinks.
- The portions are small and well seasoned, so you can nibble on the food in small bites, just like in a traditional bar.

A bar where a chef and bartender team up to serve snacks that go well with alcohol
