SCHOOL BUS COFFEE STOP NAKAMEGURO
A shop with an office that lets you experience Oceanian and American culture
Kansai-based renovation office School Bus is known for combining offices with coffee shops. This is their first store in Tokyo, and Minami Hashimoto is in charge of the coffee department. While attending university, she competed in the World Latte Art Championships and also obtained a barista qualification in New Zealand.
"Many of our menu items are influenced by Oceanian coffee culture. We also incorporate single-origin coffee in our own way." The espresso is made with a blend of beans roasted in-house, while the drip coffee uses beans from Coava Coffee Roasters in Portland, USA.
"I love natural Ethiopian products and stock as many as possible." Friendly customer service is also one of the store's charms.
