A relaxed coffee experience that begins with conversation
Owner Yusuke Shingai was previously the food and beverage manager at Landscape Products, which operates the Be a Good Neighbor Coffee Kiosk in Sendagaya. Stroll also uses beans roasted by the store, and he praises the high level of the beans, saying, "I feel that the quality of the beans we purchase and the way we select them are improving every year."
The beans are sold with labels in three colors: blue, purple, and green, but there is no indication of the place of origin or flavor characteristics. Shingai, who "values conversations with visitors," uses a unique method to suggest recommended beans while listening to their preferences.
They have a wide variety of side dishes, including hot dogs made with homemade ketchup and homemade ice cream (only available during the hot season).
Baked goods that Shingai himself has purchased are lined up in front of the cash register. 
There are three types of beans: single origin, decaf, and espresso blend. 
The hazelnut and oatmeal cookie sandwich with chocolate ganache is also popular.
