A popular bar that can be adjusted to any mood and serves authentic food. Delicious sour drinks.

A cheerful backstreet bar in the popular area of Ropponmatsu.
・Beer is good, but let's toast with Osomatsu Sour.
・A sour drink with crunchy frozen shikwasa ice. Perfect with gyoza!
- A talented chef who follows in the footsteps of the famous restaurant Seiki.
・However, you can eat simple dishes such as soup rice noodles and zuripon.

Hormone Sales & Meat Bar CHOKU

Hidden behind a butcher shop you might pass by is a little-known meat bar.

・First, open the door to the butcher shop and go inside.
・The basic menu is yakiniku style.
-Even those who dislike hormones may be able to overcome their dislike by eating clean, fresh hormones.
・You'll be lucky if you come across the rare Shiroishi beef or pork innards, which arrive once a month.
・When you think of Fukuoka, you think of vinegared offal and motsunabe.

Sumiyoshi Sake Shop Hakata Station

Whether you've just arrived at Hakata Station and want to drink right away, or you're looking for a souvenir for drinkers,

・A bar directly connected to the station building where you can drink from the morning.
-The bar specializes in Kyushu local sake and snacks, and there is a corner drinking space in the back.
・The classic is the "Meibutsu Irohani Masu," a tasting comparison of four types of sake served in chic masu boxes.
・You can drink anything from sake, shochu, local beer, wine, and sparkling wine.

Deyaemon

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle and have a quiet drink, walk through Ohori Park and have a drink at a soba restaurant.

・The "Kitsune Comte" is a must-try, with Comte cheese sandwiched between deep-fried tofu.
・Today's tempura, 1,400 yen, is freshly fried seasonal vegetables and wild plants such as taros and burdock.
・"Karasumi Soba" goes well with sake.
- It takes a little extra effort to make dishes such as deep-fried sardines with pickled plum.
・You can order sake in half a cup, or 5 scoops.
