Hiroshima (Salamander)
This spice and alcohol store offers original spice dishes that highlight herbs and vegetables grown in their own garden, as well as a wide selection of sake selected with a clear vision to complement them. I was impressed by the selection of warm sake from Tottori and Shimane prefectures, each with a distinct flavor profile that perfectly matches the spices.
Morioka "Ponkotsu Sakaba"
You can enjoy "Tono no Doburoku," a raw, unpasteurized fermented doburoku, along with high-quality Italian cuisine. The owner is very particular about the ingredients he uses, such as vegetables, rice, and meat, and his stoic taste and attitude are impressive. However, the relaxed name and appearance of the restaurant are comforting. The restaurant has an excellent sense of balance.
Akita〈Eiraku Shokudo〉
When you open the door, you'll be surprised by the sheer number of strips of paper hanging on the wall. These aren't all menu items, but rather alcohol brands. You can drink all of Akita's sake. That's why this place is loved as a "holy land" by sake fans. The warm, home-cooked meals are also excellent. It's like an amusement park for adults!
