Simply soak these wooden sticks in your favorite alcoholic beverage, such as whiskey, brandy, gin, rum, or shochu, and they will gradually bring out their rich aroma and beautiful color.
There are four types available: "Yamazakura," which has a subtle sweetness reminiscent of the scent of salted Oshima cherry leaves used in sakura mochi; "Kuri," which develops a fluffy flavor as it ages; "Mizunara," a Japanese oak that can be expected to produce a refined finish even with a short ageing period; and "White Oak," which can produce flavors like vanilla and coconut. Enjoy the different aromas of the sake, which change depending on the characteristics of each wood.
