A unique evening hosted by a Grammy-winning chef
This restaurant features an open kitchen and is owned and operated by Canadian Grammy Award-winning music producer Alex Jarvis.
They serve dishes that incorporate Thai ingredients and Japanese fermentation techniques. "Not only is the food fantastic, but the music they select to go with it is also amazing!" (Pira) The sound system inside the restaurant is particularly noteworthy, with studio speakers embedded in the ceiling.
There is only counter seating. Studio speakers are embedded in the ceiling. Alex explains each dish to us. 
In 2020, he won a Grammy Award as a music producer.

High-quality jazz music in an authentic bar
"If you're passionate about music, I recommend you go to this owner's bar," Paira said, introducing us to a jazz bar.
The sound quality and the bands that play change daily. The store isn't particularly large, so you can experience high-quality music. The exterior is quiet, but once you enter, the authentic interior creates a great atmosphere for enjoying jazz.

Once inside, you'll be greeted by a long, narrow bar counter. The cocktails are excellent.
Live House〈MELT Livehouse〉
A live music venue that's a gateway for local bands
"This place was just opened in May 2025 by Dan, the owner of the popular live music venue Blueprint. There hasn't been a venue of this size in Bangkok, so I'm looking forward to it," says Paira, and the audience is delighted and excited by the solo shows put on by local artists. Depending on the show, they also try to create opportunities for people to interact with the musicians after the show.
A building in the warehouse district was renovated to serve as the venue. 
On the day of the interview, Phum Viphurit was performing live. He also participated in Summer Sonic 2019.
Music Bar〈BLACK CABIN〉
A sit-down music bar that's surprisingly rare in Bangkok
Sit at a table and relax with a cocktail or beer while listening to live music. Until now, there have been surprisingly few music bars of this style in Bangkok. Depending on the day of the week, you can enjoy all genres of music, including rock and jazz.
"As it was opened by four music lovers, the sound quality and atmosphere inside the bar are excellent, and above all, the vibes, including those of the customers, are the best!" (Paira).
Once you pass through the hard-to-find entrance, you'll find yourself in a different space. The place is packed with customers enjoying good music and drinks.
