A sign prohibiting open flames was erected on the greenway of a waste disposal plant in Shimo, Kita Ward. It depicts a clumsy boy with his bottom on fire, jumping up in pain. Some of the signs listing prohibited activities that are common in parks in eastern Tokyo. A young baseball player hits a woman directly in the head. The woman is the victim, and a warning is issued. The light gray is a shadow, and the woman's feet are not connected to the shadow. The woman is floating in the air. No one would jump if a ball hit them in the head, so it is suspected that the woman was jumping in order to reach the ball.
