Memories of Tokyo with Karaoke
I moved to Tokyo to attend university and spent most of my time at karaoke in Shibuya. As a student, I could go during the day, when the prices were the cheapest. Karaoke Rainbow in Shibuya Modi was a particularly hidden gem.
Even after graduating from school, I still have unforgettable memories of Tokyo nights when we all went out of our way to go from Shibuya to Sangenjaya's Best 10 and sing until the morning, simply because it was cheap.
Now that I'm older, I go to Karaokekan in Ginza, a city for grown-ups. I find it a lot of fun to take adults who don't seem to have much to do with karaoke to karaoke for the first time in a while.
Karaoke Rainbow Shibuya
This karaoke bar is located on the 8th floor of Shibuya Modi, a commercial facility in a prime location just a 5-minute walk from the Hachiko exit of Shibuya Station. Perhaps because people don't expect to find karaoke inside a commercial facility, it's a surprisingly hidden gem. During the daytime on weekdays (until 7pm), it's surprisingly cheap, costing 0 yen per hour. The unique interior is also a highlight.

Best 10 Sangenjaya store
The late-night free time rate is incomparably cheaper than anywhere else, with 8 hours of free time after 9 PM for just 2,080 yen including the drink bar (Monday to Thursday and Sunday only). If you want to sing your heart out until the morning, this is definitely the place to go. You are free to bring your own food and drinks, so it's fun to stock up on them at the supermarket in front of the station.

Karaokekan Ginza Main Branch
Karaokekan is located in a large building near the Sukiyabashi intersection. It is within a 5-minute walk from the exits of Ginza Station, Yurakucho Station, and Hibiya Station. A variety of rooms are available, from party rooms that can accommodate large groups to solo karaoke rooms. The rooms facing Sotobori-dori Street offer a panoramic view of Hibiya and Tokyo Tower.
