The interesting material, PUEBCO, is also inconvenient, but it's still lovable. HEUGN designer Masato Koyama talks about his own bag

What kind of bags do adults use on a daily basis? We asked them about the contents of their bags, including work tools and necessities, which are difficult to ask about face to face.

Made with interesting materials, Puebuco is also lovable for its inconvenience.

Clothes and bags are made in different ways, so there's something about bags that I admire and feel like I can't make myself. Maybe that's why when I come across something with an interesting shape or material, I can't help but buy it, and one of the things I've been using for a long time is Puebuco, which is made from used military parachute fabric.

I take photos of brand-name clothes myself, so a camera is essential. I also like to think things through in my free time, so I need a notebook and iPad to jot down ideas. I also need a tape measure, because sometimes people suddenly ask me for clothing measurements when I'm out and about... My belongings are gradually increasing thanks to the accumulation of experiences where I happen to have something that comes in handy, but this bag is just the right size to fit all of them.

I usually wear a lot of jackets, and this bag is a nice way to add a touch of class to a classic outfit. However, the handles are a bit too long. They're just barely long enough to wear crossbody, but too long to hold in your hand. But, although it's a bit inconvenient, I find it quite fun to use it in creative ways by tying and adjusting the handles myself.

"There are many bags that I just look at but never use, but I keep replacing this one," says Koyama. She owns not only the olive one but also the white one.
