Whenever an idea strikes, make it. Learn the spirit of DIY from band t-shirts
Going to concerts and buying a T-shirt I like has been a habit of mine since I was in middle school. So, for me, T-shirts are band T-shirts. One of my most memorable T-shirts is one by Little Wings, a singer-songwriter based in California.
I was fortunate enough to have him perform live at ON READING about 10 years ago. He's a musician I've been familiar with since I was a university student, so I was very happy. Of course, I also bought the T-shirt he brought back from America. The print features an illustration he drew.
He is also known as an artist, and when he draws something, he turns it into a T-shirt. His DIY spirit is fascinating. The same mindset is used when creating the original T-shirts for ON READING. He is also like a role model.
