The hot days continue for a while, but the clothes on display in stores are clearly autumn/winter. The nights are starting to get cooler, and for me, September is the time to start thinking about what kind of clothes I'll wear this autumn and winter.
At times like these, I always think about how the clothes we wear change from a shirt to a cardigan, then a jacket or a knit, then a coat, a scarf, and then it's too cold so we put on a down jacket.It's like a gradation of change in the clothes we wear as we get into the middle of winter.
