Although I've performed with Minamoto-kun in bands for a long time, we never really talked much. I played clarinet on "Kudaranai no Naka ni" and then did the horn arrangement for "Film," which deepened our relationship.
Minamoto-kun always opens new doors for me. I recorded the saxophone solo in "Seimei-tai" at home and tried out several takes before sending it to Minamoto-kun, but we just couldn't quite get the image we wanted, so we continued to get hints from him and work together to refine what we were both aiming for.
As a result, I was able to create a solo that I don't usually play, and it felt like a new door had been opened for me. This time, I thought of a song that would evoke the feelings of those unexpected moments, such as when you're traveling or feeling lonely.

The groove and chorus are amazing, and it's a song that makes you want to dance. I recommend listening to it at full volume when you're traveling in the car and want to get pumped up.
An Indonesian beatmaker who loves Japanese culture. The saxophone phrases floating over the lo-fi beat are wonderful and help you relax after working late into the night.
This song, set to Dixieland jazz, sobs about how "life is lonely." It's a song that will comfort you in those moments of loneliness that can happen to anyone.
