This year's release will be in June. A collection of more comfortable and airy rooms.

This year's edition of Living Space Studies introduced the fascinating space creations of 14 homeowners from Japan and overseas under the theme of "Airy Rooms." The publication was moved back one month from the usual early May release date to June this year.

This year's lineup of unique living spaces is sure to be exciting, including a home that is over 100 years old and was built by structural engineer Ryozo Umezawa using Corten steel, and photographer Yoko Takahashi 's new workplace in a vintage apartment.

Due to the publication date, we were able to conduct interviews and photo shoots one month later, which allowed us to take photos this year in May, when the new greenery was in full bloom. This is also why we were able to feature many green landscapes in this issue. It feels like we've gathered more pleasant spaces than usual. Please take a look at the study of living spaces surrounded by greenery!

At IRON HOUSE, a home by structural engineer Ryozo Umezawa.
