A wide selection of unique books!
The Natural Wine Company, a Barcelona-based natural wine subscription service, is headed by Alfred Lopez, who opened the street-level bar Cambis Nous last spring in collaboration with Apartamento Magazine and British restaurateur Frank Boxer.
This region is a mecca for natural wine. The international exhibition "Vella Terra" has been held here every year since 2016, and the 10th event in February this year saw the participation of producers from 13 countries, including Spain, Italy, and France, showcasing over 500 types of wine.
Naturally, it is a highly competitive area with many bars selling these wines, but the strength of Cambis Nous is that it is based on stocking wines for subscription services.
The store always has around 300 bottles in stock from all EU wine-producing countries, including Ferdinand Angulo of Andalusia, who is known as an artist in the wine world, and Jean-Yves Perron, who uses the maceration method in Albertville, eastern France.
We offer a selection of natural wines, mainly from Europe, that are made with carefully selected ingredients and methods. 
There is also a private space in the basement that can accommodate up to 30 people. 
Pepito sandwich (12 euros) made with beef tenderloin, Russian salad (6 euros), etc. These are local dishes with a twist. 
The owner, Alfred, is from Canada and is also a furniture craftsman, and he has made all of the furniture in the store himself.
"I wanted to create a bar where people could gather casually and relax, so that more people could enjoy unique and excellent wines. I hope that this store will eventually become a hub for cultural expression," says Alfred.
There are many bottles that can only be enjoyed here, such as the original house wine from the local region of Penedès, which bears the name of the restaurant, and there are plans to increase the variety in the future. The restaurant is also actively holding food pop-ups and workshops.
