Kanamaru Rikiya, who was previously interviewed in BRUTUS' "Vintage Clothing for Adults" feature, is the world's biggest Wrangler collector.

Over the past 37 years since I first encountered the brand at the age of 17, I have collected archives that I have collected purely out of pure love for the brand, and have now compiled them into a single book.

The book features over 200 vintage pieces carefully selected from his collection, ranging from a denim prototype released in 1947 to a Champion jacket with the Bellmark embroidered on the back, a flannel shirt, and adorable items in children's sizes.

The book is filled with his love for Wranglers.

The attention to detail is evident in each item. Details about the era and design are summarized for each item, and close-up shots of distinctive details are also introduced. Through photographs of people who wore the shoes at the time, from famous people like John Lennon to cowboys, the book traces the history of the Wrangler.

The lineup includes the regular edition (11,000 yen) and a limited edition with a heavy denim cover (only 111 copies, 33,000 yen). Check out Instagram (@wranglervintage) to purchase!
