A shared shop run by a comedian who loves coffee too much
The owner Sachio Hiraoka, is an active comedian who is active on TV etc. In addition to his experience as a manager at a major cafe, he also worked as a PR officer for Sarutahiko Coffee, and used the knowledge he gained to open his own cafe as a shared shop with the cafe.
The three original blends, "OMEGATAKAI," "OCHITUKITAI," and "INOGASHIRA," were created based on the flavor image that Hiraoka conveyed, and were then blended and roasted by Sarutahiko Coffee's roasters. Hiraoka's top recommendation, "OMEGATAKAI," has a fruity and caramel-like sweetness that makes it an approachable flavor even for comedy fans who aren't used to drinking coffee, and is proposed as a bean for beginners to specialty coffee.
The salted cafe latte, the recipe of which Hiraoka devised and announced in the media, is also popular.
