A small but powerful shop run by a master barista
Owner Yoshiteru Yoshida opened his shop in a residential area with the idea of "opening a small coffee shop in Sangubashi that will become a symbol of the town!" He is now affectionately known as "Yoshi-san" or "Yocchan" by regular customers and local children, but he is actually a well-known figure in the barista industry. He does not flaunt his illustrious past, nor does he advertise his shop as a specialty.
Yoshida's recommendation is the cafe latte, made by carefully adding glossy steamed milk to a double ristretto espresso. His favorite motif is the rosette. The beans are blended and roasted in-house at a shared roaster, and in addition to the classic house blend, seasonal blends and single origins are also available for purchase. Baked goods such as banana bread are also handmade.
