A long-awaited permanent store by India's largest specialty coffee company
The brand, which has around 90 stores across India, opened a roastery in Yaita, Tochigi Prefecture in 2021. In the summer of 2024, its first overseas store opened on Hiroo Sanpo Dori.
The biggest attraction is that you can drink single-estate Indian cherries from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. Cherries grown in the shade under shade trees at high altitudes are characterized by their rich flavor.
"This season's recommended Bison Valley Jack Black Natural has a complex flavor created using anaerobic processing methods from beans harvested in a land where various fruits grow," says barista Shoji Hagiwara. The store also offers spice-scented carrot cake.
The woody exterior stands out with its iconic blue color. 
The interior of the store is counter-only, designed to make it easy to talk to the baristas.
