Guitarist Masao Onose talks about "Bars across Japan that you want to visit again and again"

This may be a bit sudden, but we'd like to ask you about your favorite local bar! We conducted an enthusiastic survey of guitarist Masao Onose, who loves alcohol, food, and bars. We asked him about memorable places and flavors he's encountered in towns outside of Tokyo that he would definitely like to visit again.

Stone wall (Meitei)

The owners, a married couple, are fans of CKB, and have even performed solo live there. Looking at the menu, there are many unknown foods, and even when they say "Adan sprouts," I have no idea what Adan is. I get excited every time I go because of all these unexpected mysteries.

Bibai (Fukuyoshi Bibai Main Branch)

While drinking in the tatami room, you can hear the constant voices of people taking takeout orders over the phone from the kitchen. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is wonderful, with two distinct times flowing: relaxed and busy. Everything you order is delicious, but the "Seikatsu" chicken breast cutlet was the best.

Osaka (Shintamon Sake Brewery)

I visited for the first time last year, and the first thing that surprised me was the menu. It had a mix of Japanese snacks and Malaysian food. That's because it's run by a married couple, a Japanese woman and a Malaysian man. There are so many chaotic restaurants in the Tenma area, so I'm still exploring.
