Playing with color matching with my favorite badges

I picked up the colors of the colorful cardigans I made with my new brands, LASTMAN and SAINT Mxxxxxx, and wore lots of badges and pins. I really like the message "NEVER CHANGE LIFE" on the badge attached to the right lapel of my visvim jacket, so I sometimes wear just that.
What are your rules when wearing accessories?
Color matching is key. Place the clothes on the table and layer the colors as if painting a picture.
Who do you look up to for inspiration on how to wear accessories?
It's similar to the playful way Chad Smith of Red Hot Chili Peppers chooses his T-shirts.
What is important when choosing accessories?
Encounters are important. I've always loved music, so even now, when I go to a vintage clothing store, I always check it out. I like that I can buy it for under 1,000 yen.
Enjoy the classic vintage brooch

This tribal brooch from ELZAC from the 1940s is made of wood and lucite, and features a sharp, comical depiction of an angel's halo and wings.
What are your rules when wearing accessories?
I don't have any particular rules, and I enjoy brooches by placing them in the margins. I like to wear them in the center of the collar for a classic look. When wearing them on a jacket, I like to place them just beyond the lapel to add movement to the outfit.
Who do you look up to for inspiration on how to wear accessories?
I am often drawn to antique photographs of people wearing brooches.
What is important when choosing accessories?
It's important to first try owning a brooch that you like. Enjoy it with an open mind and an open sensibility, without being bound by preconceived notions.

On the left, attached casually with a safety pin, is an Egyptian Coptic cross from about 100 years ago. The engraved pattern has worn away, as if someone had worn it constantly. In the middle is a tin badge made from Futamata washi paper by a Kanazawa papermaker to commemorate the store's first anniversary. It has a motif of a raincoat. On the right is a work by artist Akitomo Miho, designed with the image of the shields carried by Kenyan Masai warriors. I love how the bronze oxidizes and changes color over time.
Who do you look up to for inspiration on how to wear accessories?
Judy Blame's accessories and outfits from The House of Beauty and Culture in London in the 1980s.
What is important when choosing accessories?
I grew up in a strict Christian household where men were not allowed to wear wedding rings, so when it comes to accessories, I want to choose things that I really like and that have meaning to me.

In addition to the badges, I also attached with safety pins and clips the paper from a box of manju, a dry cleaner's number tag, three watches, and a Steven Powers silkscreen print I bought yesterday. The five-colored prayer flags called Lungtas seen in Tibetan temples are said to have the same effect as chanting sutras every time they sway in the wind. Perfect for today, when the first spring wind has blown.
What are your rules when wearing accessories?
It seems that this is an exhibition that is only available for viewing, and not for accessories.
Who do you look up to for inspiration on how to wear accessories?
The look is of a mysterious watch dealer who was chased away from street vendors. There were a lot of people who used CDs as accessories in the 80s! There's a real sense to the nostalgia, and it's a taste that I've stolen from them.
