Nishitomiya Croquette Shop, known for its croquettes that go perfectly with wine, reopened in 2021 after a nine-month recharge period. The owner, Manabu Nishitomi, said that the reason for changing the name of the shop was "because we wanted to create a bar that offers substantial bistro cuisine and natural wine."
