A bar that has evolved into a place where wine is the main focus, and where croquettes are also available.
Nishitomiya Croquette Shop, known for its croquettes that go perfectly with wine, reopened in 2021 after a nine-month recharge period. The owner, Manabu Nishitomi, said that the reason for changing the name of the shop was "because we wanted to create a bar that offers substantial bistro cuisine and natural wine." The spacious and comfortable space allows you to enjoy your meal both at a table or standing.

"I love wines like Le Raisin et Lange and Louis Julien, which made me realize the importance of wine as a part of everyday life," he says.
