A wide variety of wines by the glass will help you find the perfect wine to suit your tastes

When opening during the COVID-19 pandemic, owner Hideyuki Sekiya thought of offering a wide variety of wines by the glass. "The best part of a wine bar is being able to enjoy a wide variety of wines, and it's an experience you can't have at home. That's why we've taken the time to prepare wines that have been conditioned to perfection," he says, generously opening the wines he'd been collecting since before the bar opened.

The fact that many fellow winemakers frequent the restaurant suggests how well-stocked it is. Just like the wines, the restaurant is also mindful of the producers of its ingredients, and offers a selection of satisfying dishes using Omi beef from Kinoshita Farm in Shiga.
